Nhi Hua

Nhi Hua is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Bill.com, with a diverse background in user experience research spanning over a decade. Prior to Bill.com, Nhi held multiple roles at Realtor.com, including Lead User Experience Researcher, where significant contributions were made from February 2017 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a User Experience Researcher at Medallurgy, LLC, and as a Content Editor/Directory Manager at ProgrammableWeb. Nhi also engaged in usability testing and data analysis at ThinkingUX and performed taxonomy work at Term Management, LLC. Nhi holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
