Theresa Lee

Theresa Lee serves as the Director of People M&A and Programs at BILL since July 2023, previously held the position of Director of People Projects, Operations, and Analytics at Figure from November 2021 to July 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Theresa contributed significantly to VMware from May 2015 to November 2021, leading numerous HR mergers and acquisitions, integrating talent across multiple countries, and enhancing employee experiences during transitions. Prior roles included various HR and compensation positions at Synopsys Inc, where Theresa managed talent acquisition operations and HR due diligence for acquisitions. Educational qualifications include an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Santa Clara University, along with certification as a Certified Compensation Professional from the World-at-Work Society.
