Since 2015 Gaye has been the on-site leadership for the Philippines Operations and has over 19 years of experience in the BPO/contact center space. While at Bill Gosling Gaye has been able to continue to hone her expertise in 1st and 3rd party collections for the financial and retail clients and mentor her team to continually drive better results.

When she is not busy with her 6 kids, she treats herself to some 'Retail Therapy', pizza, or binge-watches a whole series with coffee in hand.
