Melissa Hurley

Melissa Hurley joined Bill Gosling in 2020 and is Vice President of Learning and People Development; focused on global learning and leadership development strategies. She has teams in 4 continents and brings her passion of learning, leadership, coaching and people development to develop teams in the contact centers around the world. She brings with her 15 years of contact center experience from the financial industry in operations, client experience, sales, operational effectiveness and employee development.

Melissa is a passionate people person who is driven to help people achieve their goals, pursue personal growth and is focused on developing leaders at all levels across Bill Gosling. In less than two years as a member of the Flock Melissa has launched a Coaching Framework, Interaction Model, centralized the learning function and built new roles and focus on building coaches and talent at all levels.
