Bindi Lassige

Bindi Lassige acts as the business owner of all human resources related systems and technologies. In addition, she manages a team of human resources generalists who provide client aligned support across the foundation.

Bindi joined the foundation in 2011 as a human resources generalist. She has also served as a division human resources business partner for various operations teams, and as a deputy director for the Human Resources Global Operations team. Prior to joining the foundation, Bindi was a human resources manager at Microsoft where she provided business partner and talent management support across various business units.

Bindi holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College and a MBA from the Broad School at Michigan State University. She holds certifications in Human Capital and Effective Organizations and Change Management.
