Drew Durlofsky

Drew Durlofsky is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in global talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter for the Gates Foundation since January 2022, Drew previously held several key positions at Amazon, including Senior Recruiter and member of the Bar Raiser community. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter II and Technical Sourcing Recruiter, alongside a stint as a Recruiting Assistant for the University of Washington's football program, where efforts focused on talent identification. Additionally, Drew contributed as a Special Events Intern at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Alaska and Washington. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy and Spanish from the University of Washington and studies at the Andean Center for Latin American Studies.
