Ana Scapinello is a Global Senior Technical Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Partner at Nubank since May 2022, where the focus is on identifying and recruiting top-tier engineering talent for one of the largest digital financial services platforms globally. Prior to Nubank, Ana served as a Brazil HR Business Partner at NSF International during a maternity leave period and held the position of People Projects at ZENVIA from January 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included spearheading M&A integrations and initiating the Zenvia Anywhere Project for remote work best practices. Earlier experience includes roles at Ubiminds as a Technical Recruiter, Grupo RBS as a Recruiter and HR Analyst, and AEL Sistemas as a Technical Recruiter, along with a foundational role as an HR Analyst at Egalitê Inclusão & Diversidade. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, earned between 2012 and 2018.
