Pamela Bustios

Pamela Bustios is a seasoned professional in the music industry, currently serving as a Senior Charts/Data Analyst for Billboard Latin and Billboard Español since September 2017. In this role, Bustios oversees the performance of Latin artists on Billboard Charts while contributing to event initiatives, chart analysis, editorial content, and programming. Prior to Billboard, Bustios worked at Rock The Moon Productions in public relations and artist management, collaborating with multiple Latin GRAMMY nominees. Between 2009 and 2015, Bustios held roles in management, press, and publicity within Chris Smith Management Inc. and 21 Entertainment Group, representing various artists. Earlier career experience includes positions in press and publicity at Sony Music Entertainment and BMG Music Entertainment, focused on global marketing and international exploitation. Bustios holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from St. Thomas University and an Associate’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from International Fine Arts College.
