Melissa Gacek

Melissa Gacek has a strong background in dental practice management and education. Melissa recently worked at Biller Genie as a Subscriber Success Specialist. Prior to that, Melissa held various roles at CareStack™ - Dental Practice Management, including Product Training Specialist Lead, Product Trainer, and Customer Support Specialist. Melissa also has extensive experience in the education sector, having worked as an Externship Coordinator/Instructor at Concorde Career Colleges and as the Director of Dental Assisting at Lincoln Technical Institute. Throughout their career, Melissa has showcased their expertise in dental assisting, program management, and compliance with industry standards.

Melissa Gacek holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature from the University of Central Florida. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Expanded Functions and Radiology certifications from the State of Florida in 2005. In 2006, Melissa became a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) through the Dental Assisting National Board, Inc. Melissa also achieved the Certified Preventative Functions Dental Assistant (CPFDA) certification in 2010 and the Certified Restorative Functions Dental Assistant (CRFDA) certification in 2012, both from the Dental Assisting National Board, Inc.
