Jeff Metzger

Jeff Metzger has extensive experience in product performance management, currently serving as the Product Performance Manager at Billerud since January 2001. In this role, Jeff is responsible for identifying and analyzing opportunities for significant process and product improvements across all mill systems, as well as leading new product development initiatives. Prior to this position, Jeff worked at Walsworth Publishing from March 1988 to January 2001 as a Quality Supervisor in the Technical Customer Service department. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Truman State University.
