Alex G.

Alex G. has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. They began their career at Voximplant as a Partnerships Manager and then moved on to work as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at ezhome. After that, Alex worked at AgileFusion, where they started as a Lead Technical Recruiter and eventually took on additional roles as a Project Manager and Senior Sales Manager. They then joined Bitfury as a Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on building teams in hardware, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain. Alex also worked at MonetizeMore as the Head of Technical Recruitment, where they helped the company grow and implemented a business development strategy. They then served as a Recruitment Consultant at Ergeon, helping scale sales and engineering teams. Alex also worked at Google as a Recruitment Manager, responsible for hiring across the JAPAC region. Most recently, they joined AutoScout24 as the Head of Talent Acquisition, where they established the talent acquisition function and department from scratch. Alex G. has a diverse education history. In 2005 to 2007, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Saint Petersburg State University. They later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, completing it in 2012. In 2019 to 2020, they studied Data Science, focusing on Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration at The Open University. In 2020, they attended the University of London for a course called "A Practical Guide to Managing People at Work (HRM)". Additionally, Alex has obtained various certifications, including International Hiring, Open Water Diver, Six Sigma Foundations, Creating a Positive and Healthy Work Environment, and many others.
