Adam Shooter

Adam Shooter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2011, they worked as an Account Manager for Regal Beloit. In 2012, they worked as an Expo for TGI Fridays. From 2013 to 2014, Adam served as the Postgraduation and Statistics Coordinator at the University of Nottingham, where they coordinated and administered the Careers focused eMentoring Scheme and Alumni Volunteering activities. Adam then worked as a Project Officer, undertaking a collaborative contract project between the Careers and Employability service and the School of Biosciences. From 2014 to 2015, Adam worked at the University of Nottingham as a Planning Assistant, where they prepared and analyzed student data for external data returns. From 2015 to 2016, they became a Planning Officer at the university, focusing on data analysis and report writing. In 2016, Adam assumed the role of Business Information Manager at the University of Nottingham, where they managed a team and developed engagement and historical analysis dashboards within Tableau. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Head of Data Governance at the University of Nottingham, responsible for the development and implementation of the Data Governance framework. In 2019, Adam worked at Foxtel as a Data Governance Specialist, designing and deploying a governance framework and advising on the implementation of a new data lake platform. Adam also founded their own company, Adam Shooter Ltd, in 2019 and served as its Director. Currently, they are working at Billigence as a Principal Consultant, specializing in Reporting, Visualization, and Data Governance for multinational companies.

Adam Shooter completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Zoology at the University of Nottingham from 2006 to 2009. Adam continued their education at the University of Nottingham's Nottingham University Business School, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business from 2009 to 2012.
