Jun Hao Goh has a diverse range of work experience that spans multiple industries. Jun Hao started their career in 2015 as a Guest Relations Officer at Wildlife Reserves Singapore, where they gained valuable customer service and administrative skills. In 2020, they worked as a Business Analyst at Apara Hotel Advisers, where they utilized their analytical and technical skills to create benchmarking reports, automate data processes, and manage a SQL database. In 2021, Jun Hao joined SITA as a Graduate in Data Analytics, where they developed Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and assisted in project development and user acceptance testing. Currently, they are working at Billigence as a Business Intelligence Consultant, where they are responsible for creating Tableau dashboards, providing user trainings, managing access to the Tableau server, and designing and maintaining scheduled workflows and apps on Alteryx server. Jun Hao's experience showcases their ability to adapt to different roles and industries, and their proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools.

Jun Hao Goh completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics from NBS Alumni Affairs at NTU from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma with Merit in Tourism and Resort Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Jun Hao Goh has acquired various certifications, including "Matillion Academy | Building a Data Warehouse using Matillion" from Matillion in July 2022, "SnowPro Core Certification" from Snowflake in June 2022, "Tableau Certified Associate Consultant" from Tableau in June 2022, "Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse" from Snowflake in April 2022, "Agile Project Management" from Coursera in October 2021, and "Excel Skills for Data Analytics and Visualization Specialization" from Coursera in May 2021. Jun Hao has also obtained multiple certifications from Alteryx, including "Alteryx Foundational Micro-Credential" and "Machine Learning Foundation Micro-Credential" in February 2023, "Alteryx Designer Advanced Certification" and "Alteryx Designer Core Certification" in April 2022.
