Andrew McDonald

President at Billings Catholic Schools

Andrew McDonald began their work experience in education as a Substitute Teacher at Good Shepherd Catholic School in Denver in August 2010. Andrew then took on roles as a 5th Grade Instructor, Athletic Director, and Assistant Principal - Curriculum & Instruction at the same school. In July 2017, McDonald became the Principal at Our Lady of Loreto Catholic School and held that role until August 2022. Currently, McDonald serves as the President of Billings Catholic Schools since July 2022.

Andrew McDonald completed their education at the University of Northern Colorado in 2016, earning an Educational Specialist (Ed.S) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Colorado Denver in 2011. Andrew'sundergraduate studies were also done at the University of Colorado Denver, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History in 2008. Additionally, they hold certifications including a Colorado Teacher License and a Principal License, both obtained from the Colorado Department of Education.
