Erwin Garcia

Erwin Garcia, Ed.D., currently serves as the Superintendent for Billings Public Schools since July 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles in Houston ISD, where positions included Area Superintendent, School Support Officer, and Principal from May 2015 to July 2023. In addition to administrative roles, Erwin Garcia has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor and Field Supervisor at the University of Houston and various other universities. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Houston Christian University and multiple Master's degrees in bilingual education and educational leadership. Additionally, Erwin Garcia holds a Bachelor of Education from Corporación Universitaria Adventista.
