Shay Gokhale

Shay Gokhale is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and project engineering. Currently serving as Vice President and Asset Manager at Billingsley Company since March 2016, Shay manages Class A office properties within the Dallas market. Prior experience includes a role as Real Estate Consulting Associate at Deloitte Real Estate from October 2014 to March 2016, focusing on the valuation of various commercial property types for financial reporting and auditing. From August 2007 to September 2014, Shay worked as a Project Engineer at L.A. Fuess Partners, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of diverse commercial and residential projects.
