Thomas Holland has extensive experience in development and project management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Billingsley Company since September 2006, after progressing from Vice President of Development. Prior experience includes a position as Regional Project Manager at Trammell Crow Company and as Project Architect at both Good Fulton & Farrell and Demarest & Associates. Thomas Holland holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, earned between 1986 and 1992.
