Currently serving as the Director on the Board of Directors at Dollar Bank and as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Terex Corporation, Mark has a proven track record in executing strategic acquisition transactions. Previously, Mark held significant roles including Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Trinity Industries, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Wabtec Corporation, and Director of Business Development at Eaton Corporation. Mark has successfully managed and executed numerous transactions across various sectors, resulting in significant revenue growth and global deal experience. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
