Alexa Golden has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Alexa started their career at Frank Recruitment Group, where they held the positions of Client Account Manager and later Account Manager. In 2019, Alexa joined Spotify as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and later became a Talent Acquisition Partner. Alexa is currently working at Billion Dollar Boy as a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Alexa Golden attended Rutgers University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
