Elisheba Akalawu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Elisheba started their career as a Luxury Brand Consultant at Elite Associates, where they provided impeccable customer service for luxury brands such as Chanel, Burberry, Christian Louboutin, and Ralph Lauren. Elisheba then joined THE LEICESTER SERVICES PARTNERSHIP LIMITED as a Team Member in 2016 and was later promoted to Team Leader in September 2017. In this role, they assisted customers, answered queries about ingredients and allergies, and played a key role in driving sales and maintaining a positive work environment.

Elisheba also gained experience as a Media Intern at Livity, a youth-led creative network and social enterprise. Here, they participated in the Digify program, a talent spotting and digital skills incubator, and completed a two-month training followed by a six-month placement at the offices of Digify's brand partner, Sky.

Elisheba further expanded their skills as a Branded Content and Sponsorship Assistant at Sky, where they supported various branded content and sponsorship initiatives. Elisheba then explored their passion for journalism and writing as a Freelance Features Writer at NBGA Magazine. In this role, they crafted feature articles on topics ranging from fashion trends and sustainable fashion to health and wellness. Elisheba also conducted interviews with emerging music artists, fashion designers, and visual photographers.

Elisheba's experience in journalism continued at The Beat 103.6fm, where they worked as a Radio Presenter for the New Wave Magazine radio show. Their responsibilities included hosting the show "New Wav. SOUND" every Saturday evening.

Most recently, Elisheba joined Billion Dollar Boy, starting as an Account Executive and working their way up to Senior Account Executive and later, Account Manager. In these roles, they managed and onboarded influencers for global brands such as PepsiCo, Bacardi, Sainsbury's, and Clarks Originals. Elisheba played a vital role in connecting with influencers and clients, ensuring that campaigns aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs), and elevated marketing initiatives through the use of influencers and content creators.
