Ieva Dirvonskaite

Ieva Dirvonskaite has a diverse range of work experience. Ieva has worked as the COO at Billo, a user-generated video platform that helps brands boost conversions with Facebook Video Ads made by real brand users. At YFU Lithuania, a non-profit organization arranging high school student exchange programs, they served as the Chair of the Board. Ieva also held the position of COO at Vilnius Tech Park, a hub for startups and businesses engaged in the ICT industry in Lithuania. As the CEO of LOGIN conferences, the largest tech and innovations festival in the Baltic States, Ieva successfully managed a team of 10 people and was responsible for closing deals with sponsors and ensuring brand alignment. Ieva also served as the Vice Chair of the Board at EEE-YFU, an umbrella organization for YFU organizations in Europe, focusing on strategic development and HR management. As the Director of Kam to reikia?!, a professional volunteering initiative, they were responsible for expanding the initiative and increasing the number of professionals and schools involved. Ieva has previous experience at Ernst & Young Baltic as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, where they oversaw financial management projects and accounting teams. Additionally, they volunteered as a media group volunteer at EuroBasket2011, assisting media representatives and writing game re-caps.

Ieva Dirvonskaite began their education in 2000 at Vilniaus universitetas/Vilnius University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Audit. Ieva completed their undergraduate studies in 2004. In 2004, Ieva enrolled at Copenhagen Business School to pursue a Master's degree in Marketing Communication Management, which they completed in 2006. In 2005, they also briefly studied at the University of Otago, focusing on International Business, however, no degree was specified.
