Marissa Armas has extensive experience in program management and leadership within the YMCA of San Diego County, serving as Department Head, Program Director for Mission Valley YMCA, and holding various coordinator positions, including managing ASES programs across San Diego County since March 2016. In addition, Armas participated in the Leadership Development Institute as an LDI Fellow in 2017 with the California School-Age Consortium, focusing on enhancing leadership skills for early learning and afterschool programs. Armas earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California Lutheran University between 2009 and 2012.
