Melissa Rossi has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Melissa started their career in 1999 at Vectra Bank Colorado, where they initially worked in the Internal Customer Care Help Desk and later transitioned into a Field Service Tech III role. In 2008, they joined NICE Systems as a Tech Support Specialist and worked there until 2010. Following that, Melissa joined Intrado as a Senior Tech Support Specialist and remained with the company for seven years. In 2019, they joined Billtrust as a Senior Customer Support Specialist and later took on the role of Customer Support Team Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Manager Customer Support at Billtrust.
Melissa Rossi attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2000 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and Science Management.
