Niek Thysens

Niek Thysens is a seasoned professional in revenue operations and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services for Europe at Billtrust since June 2022. Previously, Niek held multiple roles at iController from December 2014 to June 2022, including Global Revenue Operations Director and Global Lead Business Consultant, where significant achievements included implementing iController software across 31 countries and ensuring compliance with new ECB regulations. Niek's earlier experience also encompasses managing customer success and leading a team of business consultants to optimize operational planning and internal processes. Niek holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering with a focus on Finance from Ghent University, earned between 2009 and 2014, and completed secondary education at Onze-Lieve-Vrouwcollege Zottegem from 2003 to 2009.
