Dirk Pfeiffer currently serves as the Group Quality Director and Prokurist at Ferdinand Bilstein GmbH + Co.KG, overseeing the quality department across all international locations since July 2007. Previously, Dirk Pfeiffer worked at Volkswagen AG from February 2001 to June 2007, where responsibilities included developing and implementing quality strategies, managing pilot projects, and serving as an assistant to top management while also teaching quality methods. Prior to this, Dirk Pfeiffer was employed at HELLA from December 1998 to January 2001, focusing on the development of vehicle components, and at Ferchau Konstruktion GmbH from April 1995 to December 1998 in similar capacities. Dirk Pfeiffer holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering and Construction Technology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
