Jeffery Grant has over 17 years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Process Engineering Specialist at BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers since 2006. In this role, Jeffery provides crucial support to capital projects, handling aspects such as scope development, Process Flow Diagrams, equipment specifications, and machine layout within cross-functional teams. Prior to this position, Jeffery held various roles, including Production Technician, Team Leader, Line Leader, and Machine Operator. Jeffery began a career in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal from 2002 to 2006. Educationally, Jeffery earned a certification as a Production Technician specializing in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology from Butler Tech-D Russel Lee Career Center.
