Ad Roling has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ad started their career as an Administrateur/Controller at Talen Vastgoedonderhoud in 1993 and worked there until 2000. Ad then joined NVI as a Controller in 2000 and stayed with the company until 2011. In 2011, Ad Roling became the Director of Finance at Bilthoven Biologicals, where they are currently employed.
Ad Roling attended HOFAM from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Business Controller. Prior to that, from 1989 to 1993, they attended Saxion University of Applied Sciences and pursued studies in Economics. Ad Roling also attended Christelijk Lyceum from 1983 to 1989, although the field of study is unknown.
