Andrew Romagnuolo has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrew started their career in the US Army as a United States Army Officer, serving from 1988 to 1992. After that, they joined the Cortland County Sheriff's Department as a Corrections Officer and Corrections Corporal, where they were awarded Officer of the Year in 1994. In 1992, they also began their service in the United States Army Reserve, holding roles such as a Company Commander and Adjutant for different units. Following their military service, Andrew became a Special Agent of the FBI, serving for 21 years in various capacities including violent crime investigations, counterterrorism work, white-collar crime matters, evidence response, and crisis negotiation. Andrew then transitioned to Duke Energy Corporation, working as a Regional Security Manager for four years. Currently, they are the Director of Corporate Security at Biltmore Farms, LLC, where they manage the company's physical security program and oversees responsibilities such as law enforcement liaison, investigations, executive protection, security contracts, crisis management, and business continuity.

Andrew Romagnuolo attended SUNY Brockport from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the People Manager Certification (PMC) from SHRM in May 2020. Andrew also became a member of ASIS International in 2020 and renewed their membership in 2022 and 2023. Additionally, they obtained certifications in The Reid Technique of Investigation and Positive Persuasion from John E. Reid & Associates, Inc. in December 2021, and Essentials of Enterprise Security Risk Management from ASIS International in October 2021. Finally, in April 2023, they became a certified Private Investigator through the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board.
