Tim Smith

Tim Smith has extensive experience in hospitality management, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Biltmore Forest Country Club since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held positions such as General Manager at Mountain Brook Vineyards and Lonesome Valley & Canyon Kitchen, where a focus on community and nature-based amenities was paramount. Tim was also the Club Operations Manager at The Cliffs, following a tenure as General Manager and Food and Beverage Director at the same establishment, which is known for its luxury golf communities in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Earlier career experiences include food and beverage management roles at The Biltmore Company and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Tim holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University.
