Shai Mercer

Shai Mercer is the Technical Director of Customer Operations at BiltOn, where they focus on digitizing safety and operations in the construction industry. They co-founded Nivut Kehilati in 2017, creating tailored orienteering activities for communities in Israel, and have managed significant events for up to 500 participants. Shai previously served as a Customer Success Manager and Team Lead at BiltOn, enhancing client experiences with a mobile and web safety management application. Their military experience includes serving as a First Sergeant in the Elite Unit of the Tank Battalion of the Israel Defense Forces, where they were recognized for excellence. Shai holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Geoinformatics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
