Robert M. Siegel

Robert M. Siegel is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate finance. Currently serving as Partner and Head of the Commercial Finance Practice at Bilzin Sumberg since August 2000, Robert leads a national practice focused on various finance sectors, including Asset Based Lending, Real Estate and Construction Loan Finance, and Loan Restructuring. Prior to this role, Robert worked at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan from August 1985 to July 2000, where representation of lenders and borrowers in secured financing transactions was a primary focus following a five-year career in corporate and construction lending at a bank. Robert M. Siegel holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Miami and attended Case Western Reserve University.
