Duc Nguyen

Duc Nguyen, EMBA, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for BIM Group in Vietnam and Laos, reporting to the Chief Hospitality Officer since February 2022. Previous experience includes co-founding and acting as Managing Director for Masu & Classé CO. LTD, where Duc successfully achieved budgeted revenue in 2021 and 2022 for two high-end restaurants through strategic initiatives, such as a robust membership program and significant repeat guest ratios. Prior roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts involved serving as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, specializing in operations and pre-opening across various international locations. Duc began the hospitality career as an Event Sales Executive at Sheraton and a Wedding & Catering Service Attendant at Sum Villa Luxury Service Apartment and Catering Centre. Duc holds an Executive MBA in International Hotel Management from Les Roches and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from RMIT University.
