Bonnie Cupps is an experienced professional with over 14 years in customer care and administrative coordination. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Bim Group since January 2013, Bonnie has also held the position of Account Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this, Bonnie worked as an Account Coordinator at Benefit Insurance Marketing until April 2025 and as an Individual Sales Coordinator at Anthem BCBS from March 2010 to January 2013, where responsibilities included assisting the Individual Sales department with policy setup, maintenance, retention, and customer service. Bonnie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Kentucky, earned between 2000 and 2004.
