Regis Santos

Regis Santos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Regis has held various leadership positions in finance and business integration. Starting in 1994, they worked at CIP - Central de Informática as an Account Executive, managing key customer accounts and negotiating pricing. From 2000 to 2005, they worked at Ernst & Young Auditores Independentes as a Senior Auditor, conducting financial and operational audits for national and multinational clients. From 2005 to 2011, they served as the Director of Finance and M&A at VeriFone do Brasil Ltda, responsible for new business initiatives and mergers and acquisitions in Latin America. Regis then joined Exection - Executive in Action as a Partner & Head of Financial Services in 2012. In the same year, they also joined Fonterra as the CFO of the Southern Cone region, and later became the General Manager for the region. In 2015, they joined ARYZTA as the LATAM CFO and Sr. Vice President of Supply Chain, and subsequently became the LATAM CFO and VP for the Food Solutions Business Unit. Their most recent position was at Bimbo QSR, where they held the roles of LATAM CFO & VP of Food Solutions and Vice President of Business Merger & Integration in Brazil. In 2023, they became the Sr. Director of Finance Global Projects at Bimbo QSR.

Regis Santos has a diverse education history. In 1997, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. In 2004, they attended Universidade Paulista and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. In 2006, Regis pursued an MBA in Finance at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Regis then attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business for an Extension MBA in Finance in 2010 and an MBA in Finance, completing the final module in 2008. In 2014, Regis completed a program called "Energising People for High Performance" at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Furthermore, they studied Psychoanalysis at the Deep Institute of Psychoanalysis from 2017 to 2020. In 2022, Regis received a Directorship Certification in Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral.
