Viktor Nazarishyn

Viktor Nazarishyn has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various companies. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Personnel Manager at Novaia Linia, where they conducted personnel assessments, salary surveys, and identified training needs. From 2013 to 2018, they served as the CHRO at Aventador, where they developed HR policies, organized recruitment processes in remote offices, and implemented an internal training system. In 2018, Viktor joined SIM-NETWORKS as an HRBP, where they launched the OKR system, described the corporate culture, and revamped the recruitment process. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at Bimbo QSR, where they have worked since 2020. In this role, they have completely transformed the recruitment process, restarted the internal referral bonus program, and worked on HR policies.

Viktor Nazarishyn has a diverse education history. In 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at KPНI, which they completed in 2009. Following this, in 2014, Viktor enrolled at KPU and obtained a Specialist degree in Psychology in 2015.
