Elena Callard

Elena Callard, MBA, currently serves as the Head of HR and CHRO at Bimeda since 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Director of People & Culture for the Americas at Atlas from 2022 to 2024, and Senior Regional Human Resources Manager for the US and Canada at Sotera Health Company from 2020 to 2022. From 2009 to 2020, Elena held the position of Director of Corporate Operations and Treasurer at Synata Bio, where responsibilities included managing finance and HR after Coskata's acquisition in 2015. Earlier in career, Elena worked as Controller and HR Manager at Sensi Inc. from 2004 to 2009. Elena holds an MBA in Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Operations Management from DePaul University.
