Dr. Manosi Chaudhuri is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in management education and psychology. Currently serving as a Professor and Area Chair at the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) since June 2004, Dr. Chaudhuri has also held the position of Associate Professor and Programme Coordinator for the Centre for Business Management, as well as Managing Editor for Business Perspectives. Prior to this role, Dr. Chaudhuri worked as a Research Officer at G B Pant Social Science Institute in Allahabad from October 2003 to June 2004. Dr. Chaudhuri earned a D Phil in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master of Arts in Psychology with dual specialization in Organizational and Clinical Psychology from the University of Allahabad.
