John Ladds

John Ladds, CFE, has extensive experience in the franchise industry. John currently serves as the Director of Franchise Support at Bin There Dump That, where they manage a team of Franchise Support Coaches and collaborates with other departments to drive market presence and franchise profitability. John also leads special project teams and coordinates weekly team meetings. Prior to this role, John worked at That Franchise Group Inc, where they first served as a Franchise Support Coach and later as a Franchise Operations Manager. During their time at That Franchise Group, John managed over 400 franchise operators and played a key role in the company's growth and success. John has also held positions at Turf Management Systems Inc. (Weed Man), Brantford & Oakville Weed Man, and Brantford, Oakville and London Weed Man, where they served as a General Manager and an Operations Manager. Through their various roles, John has gained expertise in franchise operations, team management, and driving business growth.

John Ladds, CFE, attended Brock University from 1988 to 1992. John obtained their H.B.A. in Administration & Economics during this time. Before attending university, John Ladds studied at Cameron Heights Collegiate Institute, but it is unclear when the study occurred and if they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study there. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification from Bin There Dump That.
