Derrick Martini has held various roles in the fitness industry. Derrick began their career as a Personal Trainer at Anytime Fitness in 2011, and later became a Manager at the same company. Derrick then worked as a Sales Associate at GNC before transitioning to a role as a Franchise Business Consultant at Anytime Fitness Corporate. Derrick further advanced their career as a Senior Franchise Business Consultant Manager at Self Esteem Brands, LLC - Anytime Fitness. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Franchise Support at Self Esteem Brands, LLC.

Derrick Martini obtained their Associate's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Barron County from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion & Wellness at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, which they completed from 2008 to 2011.
