Ben Bowden

Ben Bowden is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with 28 years of experience in both in-house and private practice, primarily within the banking and fintech sectors. They served as Head of Legal for Europe at Binance and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at OKX, among other senior roles. Previously, they held key positions at Standard Chartered Bank, including MD and Global Head of Legal and Compliance for Transaction Banking. Ben began their career as a paralegal and trainee at Simmons & Simmons before advancing to managing associate roles at Linklaters. They earned a MA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Oxford.
