Eva Ritter

Eva Ritter has extensive legal experience, currently serving as the Head of Legal Corporate & IP Management and Legal Expert at RHI Magnesita since August 2018. Previously, Eva Ritter worked as a Legal Counsel and Data Protection Officer at Bank Winter & Co. Aktiengesellschaft, providing sole legal counsel and assisting the management board on various corporate and data protection matters. As a legal author at LexisNexis since October 2016, Eva continues to contribute to the legal field. Early career experience includes roles as an (Senior) Associate at Eisenberger & Herzog Attorneys-at-Law and as a legal intern in various law firms and courts. Eva Ritter holds a bar exam qualification and is a certified data protection officer, with academic credentials from the University of Graz and Universidad de Sevilla.
