Clement Fung

Clement Fung serves as the Head of APAC Commercial Legal at Binance since June 2023, following a tenure at Uber from 2019 to June 2023 where roles included Legal Counsel and Associate Legal Counsel focusing on Product, Commercial, and Regulatory matters in the APAC region. Prior to Uber, Clement held positions at Mayer Brown from September 2015 to August 2018, working as an Associate in Real Estate - Commercial Acquisitions and Banking Finance, as well as a Trainee Solicitor. Academic qualifications include a Fintech Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong, an MA in Law from the University of Bristol, and a BSc in Physical Geography from the University of Toronto.
