Rossella Gancitano

Rossella Gancitano is an accomplished compliance professional currently serving as Head of Compliance and MLRO at Binance since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President in the Legal and Compliance Department at Morgan Stanley from October 2015 to September 2022, and as Legal Counsel at Credit Suisse for a year. Gancitano also worked as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from January 2011 to September 2015, with earlier positions as Legal Counsel at Mediobanca and as a Trainee at the same law firm. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Law and Accounting from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università Bocconi.
