Vinícius Cibim

Vinícius Cibim is currently the CFO and COO of a rapidly growing financial institution and serves as a Director at Binance. Previously, Vinícius held various leadership roles including Head of Finance at GuiaBolso and payleven Brasil, as well as Head of Finance & Banking Operations at Xerpa. Vinícius began their career as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young Terco and gained initial experience as a Consultant at Axia Value Chain. They hold an Engineer's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo and a specialization in Business and Finance from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios.
