Yana Kryher (Haidash)

Yana Kryher (Haidash) has worked in the Human Resources field since 2015. Yana began their career at ZoomSupport for Business, where they held the roles of Talent Managers' Lead, Talent Manager, and Newcomers Coach (People Partner). In 2018, they moved to Kromtech, where they were the T&D Lead and Talent Managers' Lead. After two years, they joined Clario Tech as the Training and Development Lead. In 2021, they joined Binariks Inc. as Head of HR and Learning and Development Manager.

Yana Kryher (Haidash) has an education history that includes a Master in Human Resources and Organizational Development from UCU Business School (LvBS), which they are currently pursuing from 2022 to 2024. Yana also holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, which they obtained from 2010 to 2016. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Education management.
