Chitra Ramarajan

Chitra Ramarajan has a long and varied work experience in the field of operations, teaching, mentoring, and design. Chitra began their career in 1997 as Manager at AffinityX, a company dedicated to computerized embroidery designing. In 2004, they moved to Sirius Connect Pvt Ltd as Manager of Document Design and Graphic Design, where they worked in a BPO unit focused on document design and pre-preprint services for clients in the USA. In 2015, they began working at National Institute of Value Education (NIVE) as a Values Facilitator and was later promoted to Associate Director. In the same year, they also began working at Banjara Academy as Visiting Faculty. In 2021, they joined School of Meaningful Experiences as a Guide, mentoring and guiding young professionals and youth in communication and leadership based on SoME’s 6 C’s Philosophy. Finally, in 2022, they became Vice President of Operations at Binated Inc.

Chitra Ramarajan has a diverse educational background. In 1993, they earned a Bachelor's degree in BHSC from SNDT Women's University in Mumbai. Chitra then completed a PGD CATD from the same university in 1996-1997. In 2014, they obtained a Diploma in Counseling Skills from Banjara Academy. In 2021, they began a Master's degree in Education at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), and is currently enrolled in a PGD Psychotherapies program at Banjara Academy. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: SHRM Certified POSH Trainer from Protouch in 2021, and Certification in Life Skills Training from Banjara Academy in 2015.
