Eric Pierson is a seasoned executive in healthcare analytics with over two decades of extensive experience. Currently serving as President & Healthcare Analytics Principal at Grow Forward Consulting, Inc. since June 2006, Eric demonstrates a strong results-driven approach supported by industry expertise and strategic planning skills. Eric's roles have included Product Lead for Performance Analytics at Surest, and previous positions as Product Lead for Early Warning System at Bright Health, Analytics Consulting Lead at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and Healthcare Analytics Consultant for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska. Eric has a solid foundation in business intelligence and training from earlier roles at Boston Scientific, UnitedHealth Group, and Medica, complemented by a Master's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota.
