Kayla Umstead

Kayla Umstead possesses a diverse professional background with experience in quality assurance and customer service. Currently serving as an Associate QA Analyst at Bindable since September 2020, Kayla has also worked as a Customer Care and QA Specialist. Prior roles include waitress positions at M'Tucci's and Poki Poki Cevicheria, as well as a Kitchen Food Server at Dion's. Educationally, Kayla earned a High School Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Albuquerque Charter Academy and is currently pursuing further studies at Central New Mexico Community College.
