Cristian Joe

Cristian Joe began their work experience in 2006 as an Interviewer at the NYC Criminal Justice Agency. In 2009, they became a Freelance Web and Print Designer, working with various small to mid-sized businesses. Cristian also served as an Associate at Scottish American Capital, where they researched and analyzed mid-sized businesses in the United States, focusing on digital marketing, media, autistic services, and medical IT.

In 2010, Cristian joined MTV Networks - Nickelodeon as a Mobile Producer, developing and producing Nickelodeon's mobile websites. Cristian then worked at Nickelodeon Digital as a Product Developer in 2012, responsible for creating new digital experiences and applying user behavior analysis to improve existing and future products.

From 2013 to 2017, Cristian served as the CIO at Scottish American, actively managing and growing privately held insurance distribution businesses. Cristian played a key role in converting traditional businesses into data-driven digital companies, as well as creating custom enterprise tools for employees to improve efficiency.

In 2017, Cristian founded BindHQ, where they currently serve as Founder and CEO. BindHQ offers data-driven tools that streamline processes, automate compliance, and improve underwriting for a range of clients in the insurance industry. As CEO, Cristian helps clients leverage emerging technology and modernize legacy systems to disrupt competitors. Cristian is responsible for defining and executing the company's strategic vision, building high-performance teams, and managing resources.

Most recently, in 2021, Cristian joined Walker St Capital as a Partner. Further details about their role at Walker St Capital are not provided.
