In 2018, they were the Mgr., WW Pipeline Enablement at Sisense, Head of Demand Generation at AbstoneLalley, Inc., and Head of Customer Success at Dyad.com. In 2016, they were the Founder & 法人 of Universal Utility Tutoring 本語教育, a Dramatic Arts & English EdTech tutoring company built atop WeChat, and catering to HNW families in Shanghai. Andrae also served as the Head of Educational-Theater Outreach (English) at Julia Gabriel Education Malaysia, where they conducted brand awareness campaigns for parents in-house, at education trade shows, and at community events. Andrae obtained a B.A. from the University of Michigan, an M.A. from New York University's Tisch School of Performing Arts, an A.A. from Washtenaw Community College in Business Administration and Management, and a Doctor of Law - JD from the University of Oregon School of Law.
